| The ‘Shamanic' Journey is a combination of live tribal drumming, using original 'Tibetan Shamanic Drums.' Singing Bowls, Shamanic Bells, and various drums from around the world (bring your own drum or percussion or make your own instruments) combined with Visual Meditations. Shamanic Journeying involves 3 separate sessions; the first puts you in touch with your 'Animal Guide' the second is about Global & Distant Healing; the third 'Personal Healing' with an Opening & Closing Ritual. 'Whitedove' combines various herbal plants to create a 'Shamanic Tea' which is optional. Meditations may change according to the Planetary Influences and the Occasion. In the warmer months of Spring, Summer & Autumn we plan to take the Shamanic Journeys to the forests. Our Shamanic Journeying ventures are run by donation only however with journeys to outside forests a small fee may be asked. We intend to keep costs down to a minimum. |

| * 8.30pm – Opening Ceremony:-Sage Smudging & Cleansing / **Shamanic Tea. Followed by an introduction to the evening and first session which includes a small ‘Visualization Meditation' |
| * 9.00pm First Shamanic Drum Session – Connecting to your ‘Animal Guide' (Lasting approximately 30mins) |
| * 9.30pm to 9.40pm short rest period - introduction to Second session. |
| * 9.40pm Second Shamanic Drum Session – Sending out Healing to whomever you choose to send healing to? (Lasting approximately 35mins) |
| * 10.15pm to 10.25pm short rest period - Introduction to final session. |
| * 10.25pm Third Shamanic Drum Session – A Self Healing Session (Lasting approximately 40mins) |
| * 11.15pm Closing Ceremony. (Sage-Smudging/Grounding) |
| *Times may change on the day, please allow extra time in your travel plans in case time changes occur! Sessions may extend up to 1am * |
| **Shamanic Tea = subject to availability. The Shamanic Teas are an infusion of various herbs that sharpen the senses and open up the mind allowing you to journey & explore. Tea is Optional. Teas may also vary according to ingredients and personal requirements. |
| 1… Please inform ‘Duncan' or 'Whitedove' if you are on any prescribed medication or anything taken on a personal level. This is important in case of any reaction to the herbs used in the Tea and any other reactions to any healings. |
