This is to give you a few guidelines into ‘Rainbow Visions Shamanic Journey’s…

‘WhiteDove’ will lead the workshop which will be laid out as follows:-

Opening Ceremony *8.30pm – Sage Smudging & Cleansing / **Shamanic Tea

Followed by an introduction to the evening and first session which includes a small ‘Visualization Meditation’.

*9.00pm First Shamanic Drum Session – (Lasting approximately 30-40mins)

The session will start this week with a meditation to open up the deep hidden aspects of your chakra's as you Journey with your animal guides - 'Whitedove introduce's you to a Meditation which allows you to journey with your 'Animal Guide' taking you on a journey of self discovery and beyond.

*9.30pm to 9.40pm short rest period introduction to Second session.

*9.40pm Second Shamanic Drum Session – Sending out Healing to Friends, Family, Departed Souls, Send Healing to the Earth, the Water, The Plants, Tree's & Animals...(Lasting approximately 40mins)

*10.15pm to 10.25pm short rest period introduction to final session.

*10.25pm Third Shamanic Drum Session – A Self Healing Session - Drum to bring yourself Healing, Here Whitedove & Duncan will work individually with people...(Lasting approximately 40mins)

11.15pm Closing Ceremony. (Sage-Smudging/Grounding)

*Times may change on the day, please allow extra time in your travel plans incase time changes occur! Sessions may extend into infinity*

1… **Shamanic Tea = subject to availability. The Shamanic Tea’s are an infusion of various herbs that sharpen the senses and to open up the mind allowing you to journey & explore. Tea is Optional. Teas may also vary according to ingredients and personal requirements.

2… Please inform ‘Whitedove’ if you are on any prescribed medication or anything taken on a personal level. This is important incase of any reaction to the herbs used in the Tea and any other reactions to any healing's.

3… Please allow yourself to let go of all pre-conceived ideas and expectations, do not allow anything to block your mind or distort your journeys. Any questions you want to ask… Please Ask. We are here to help.
